The work to be completed under this Contract includes but is not limited to: 1. Chemical Feed Building: Complete construction of a chemical feed building including construction of a new building, process piping and valves, chemical feed systems, SCADA system, instrumentation and controls, electrical work,heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and plumbing. 2. Existing Tank Modifications: Including demolition, modifications, new process piping. 3. Site Work: This work involves new pavement, yard piping, fencing, security gates, gravels, and all other site improvements shown on the Plans. 4. Other construction as indicated on the drawings. 5. Complete restoration of all properties both public and private. Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed as follows: Calendar days for substantial completion: 330 Calendar days for final completion: 365 Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $1500, for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion, and $1500 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for final completion. 2. Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. . 3. The successful Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of their Bid. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. Note - The last day to submit questions: 8/20/2025 by 4:00 pm as per Addendum 1.
