Renovation of a day care center in Otisville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
The project consists of the following: o Coordinate with the Town of Mount Hope Supervisor or his/her designatee. o Furnish and install concrete pad for packaged unit. o Furnish and install a complete HVAC packaged unit for heating and cooling. o Furnish and install new electrical connections to the proposed packaged unit. o Furnish and install new propane connection to the proposed packaged unit. o Furnish and install ducts to connect proposed unit to existing ventilation ductwork. o Cut and cap existing ductwork connected to the existing air handler. o Perform startup for HVAC system. o Furnish and install bollards. o Restore site. o The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary for Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. Project Location: 11 Baker Street. Otisville, NY 10963 Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Town of Mount Hope as a quarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED The Town of Mount Hope hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Owner.
