If you require a copy of our specifications please contact the NL Housing representative. .3 Contractor responsible to verify all measurements on site, and provide NL Housing with shop drawings prior to start of work. The NL Housing representative is to be contacted with any discrepancies prior to proceeding with the Work. .4 All measurements and quantities in scope/drawings as estimated and for bidding purposes only. .5 Contractor to ensure all work is completed in accordance with the current edition of the National Building Code, Electrical Code, and Plumbing Code of Canada. .6 Note: Unit is occupied & work must be coordinated with tenants.
