Site work for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Raleigh Construction Management Division invites bids for remediation of the Go Raleigh Transit Park and Ride Pond located at 4310 Poole Road. The project scope includes furnishing and installation of a synthetic liner and final completion of the Go Raleigh Park & Ride Pond including, but not limited to erosion control, construction surveying, all excavation, backfill, fill, rock removal, and undercut removal, liner installation, landscaping, and all other related work as outlined in the contract documents. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87. Question Deadline 08/05/2025 at 5:00 PM ET - Questions must be submitted in writing or via email to Jordan Boggess, the Land Development Manager for Wetherill Engineering.
