Site work for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Raleigh Construction Management– Public Safety & Special Projects Division invites bids for remediation of the GoRaleigh Transit Park and Ride Pond located at 4310 Poole Road. The project scope includes regrading the interior slopes and final completion of the GoRaleigh Park & Ride Pond including, but not limited to erosion control, construction surveying, all excavation, backfill, fill, rock removal, and undercut removal, liner installation, landscaping, and all other related work as outlined in the contract documents.
