As of September 5, 2025, an apparent low bidder has been identified. Single combined bids will be received for all portions of the work. The successful bidder will be the single Prime Contractor for the project. Est. Completion Date: July 30, 2026 Project consists of the renovation of a third-floor outpatient behavioral health therapy area, and accessibility upgrades throughout the facility. Key project components include: an approximately 8,100 SF remodel the facilities third floor, an addition of a new 600 SF lobby, accessibility improvements including a new stairway addition and elevator, new roofing and mechanical systems, and exterior parking and storm sewer improvements.
