Reference Number 0000393583 Construction of the Mountain Industrial Boulevard (State Road 8) at Hugh Howell Road Intersection Improvement Project. This project includes milling, paving, striping, traffic signal work, and concrete work at the intersection of Mountain Industrial Boulevard and Hugh Howell Road per the attached plans and specifications. Question Deadline 08/05/2025 at 1:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Submit all questions in writing to procurement@tuckerga.gov with the subject line "Questions: ITB #2025-009". Completion from Notice to Proceed 365 calendar days All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of a reputable bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Georgia, in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Upon Notice of Award, the successful contractor shall submit a Performance Bond payable to the City of Tucker in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. The successful contractor shall also submit a Payment Bond in the amount of 110% pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36- 91-70 and 90. If the bid price exceeds $100,000 a one (1) year maintenance bond will be required upon project completion.
