Work under this contract shall consist of removal and disposal of Street Sweepings at 115 Rumford Avenue, Newton, in accordance with MassDEP's Policy #BWP-94-092 Re-use and Disposal of Street Sweepings. Bidders Must Have a Minimum of Three Years' Experience Satisfactorily Performing Work of This Type . The term of the Contract shall extend from the date of contract execution through June 30, 2026. The City shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to renew the Contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, with no change in the contract price and terms and conditions. The exercise of each option to renew shall be subject to appropriation of funding therefor.
