**As of July 31, 2025, the project was awarded to Carnesecca, with an awarded amount of $7,125.** The quotation number listed in the Upper right-hand corner of this Document must be referenced When returned. Quotations must include manufacturer's descriptive literature & F.O.B. origin and destination freight cost or freight allowed or they may be rejected. Terms of shipment for F.O.B. origin means: Shipper load, carrier count and stow, consignee unload, freight collect! Grass Removal = 1,200 sqft and grade to 2"-3" below curb and sidewalk Dirt removal = 600 sqft and grade to 2"-3" below curb and sidewalk Purchase and install 1 1/2 " Royal Gravel (Rock Utah)= 1,800 sq ft at 2-3" in depth Reconfigure existing sprinklers to water a 16' X 50' area ( no valves needed, work with Riverton Parks department). Photos of where the rock will be placed is attached. Contract Terms and Conditions Attached.
