East Region - Area Wast The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario invites the submissions of QUOTATIONS for the following CONTRACTOR DIRECTED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT MINOR in the Ottawa West area within East Region. This CONTRACTOR DIRECTED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT MINOR will include the management and supervision of winter and summer routine maintenance work of Provincial Highways, including some minor rehabilitation work. CDMC Minor 2025-01 In the vicinity of the communities of Renfrew, Cobden, Pembroke, Petawawa, Chalk River, Deep River, and Rolphton. Required Pre-qualification: Available Tier Rating of $7.0M in AM - Area Maintenance or GM - General Maintenance Rating. Contractors not having a qualification rating should refer to the Request for Quotation document. Applications for qualification will not be accepted for tendering purposes after 12:00 noon on the last business day of the preceding week prior to the tender closing date. REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS Documentation, Instructions to Bidders and Specifications are available through the RAQS website at www.raqs.merx.com. Enquiries are to be submitted electronically through the RAQS website. All public enquiries and responses to enquiries will be posted through the RAQS website at www.raqs.merx.com. To assist in quotation preparation, Ministry staff will be available to answer questions at a Pre-Submission Bidders Meeting for all prospective Proponents, which will be held via teleconference, videoconference, and optional in-person meeting, starting at 10:15 AM, Local (Toronto) Time, on August 13th, 2025. The optional in-person Bidders Meeting will be followed by a tour of 2 Patrol Yards. Those who wish to tour the Patrol Yards must attend the in-person Bidders Meeting. Sign-in will be required at both the in-person Bidders Meeting and at each of the Patrol Yards. The lowest quotation not necessarily accepted.
