Construction of the Page County Law Enforcement Center - Bid package 21 ( Fire Suppression ) The Construction of the Page County Jail & Dispatch Building shall include all work required to construct a law enforcement jail and dispatch building. This includes but is not limited to: excavation, paving, landscaping, concrete, precast, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, casework, roofing, insulation, security doors, doors, aluminum windows and storefronts, finishes, detention equipment, food service and laundry equipment, sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, communications, data, and security electronics in compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Iowa Code Section 26.8, as security that the successful bidder will enter into a contract for the work bid upon and will furnish after the award of contract a corporate surety bond, in a form acceptable to Page County, for the faithful performance of the contract, in an amount equal to 100% of the amount of the contract.
