Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Okemah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Okemah Main Street will receive sealed bids on a General Contract for the Broadway Street Tree Planting Project that includes roadway pavement removal, excavation, concrete curb and gutter, tree planting. Bids shall be based on Unit Prices and include additive and deductive alternates when applicable. Contract Time for completion of the Work will be 60 calendar days for Substantial Completion and 90 days for Final Completion. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain binding on the Contractor for 60 days following the Bid Date. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Question Deadline 08/07/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT in writing. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $200,000.00 - $300,000.00
