The City of Hansen, Idaho is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide design professional services for the planning, preliminary engineering, detailed design, construction engineering, and construction management services for various City public works projects as needs arise. Projects may include, but are not limited to, general public works projects such as water system, wastewater system, stormwater and drainage improvement projects, sidewalks, park enhancements, etc. The contract will cover a period of three years with an option for renewal for two additional years. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked on the following criteria. The maximum point value of each criterion is shown in parentheses: Capability to Perform Scope of Work (25 pts.) Relevant Experience (25 pts.) Qualifications of Team (25 pts.) Approach to Project (25 pts.) Subtotal (100 pts.) Selection Committee Interview (Optional) (50 pts.) Total Score (150 pts.)
