Renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
* Tender has been awarded to: Emin Construction Painting Inc: 275 Shuter Street - $12,750.00; 295 Shuter Street - $12,750.00. GH RENOVATIONS INC: 40 Lower River Street - $9,600.00; 45 St. Lawarence Street - $9,600.00; 145 Mutual Street - $27,750.00; 460 Jarvis Street - $26,400.00. TCHC is seeking for the provision of Interior Common Area Painting services at Various Locations. A Proponent may bid on one or all locations. TCHC will be awarding each location separately to the lowest total priced Quotation for that location. Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal 145 Mutual St. 1) Common Area: a) Paint walls completely. (Stucco textured) b) Paint ceilings completely. c) Paint baseboard completely. d) Paint unit doors and trim completely. Exterior Face only. Include key holder. e) Paint service doors completely. f) Paint all levels in basement of building including corridors, stairwells, doors and frames. g) Paint first floor exterior exit doors where required. h) Paint all elevator doors and frames. i) Paint laundry rooms, garbage chute rooms and recreation rooms if applicable. j) Paint service doors and trim completely on rooftops and underground garage if applicable. 2) Stairwells: a) Paint stairwell ceilings completely. b) Paint stairwell walls completely. c) Paint stairwell doors completely. Both Sides. d) Paint stairwell door trim completely. Both sides. e) Paint baseboard as required. VIF. f) Paint stair stringers completely. 3) Surface Preparation: o Scrape. (As required) VIF. o Sand. (As required) VIF. 4) Prime: o All surfaces. o Include graffiti cover-up. 5) Colour Finishes: Match existing colour of walls, ceiling, doors, frames, and trim. 100% acrylic paint. Ceilings will be white in all areas. Doors, windows, sills, baseboards and trims will be painted semi-gloss. Work to include 1-coat primer, with 2-coats of finish.
