The general scope of work for this project includes the following Installation of 660 LF of 15" PVC Sewer Pipe using Open Trench method Installation of 135 LF of 10" PVC Sewer Pipe using Open Trench method Installation of a 9'x10' diversion box structure Installation of two 60" sewer manholes A third 60" manhole will be added in Addendum 1 Abandoning sewer pipe and manholes Traffic Control permitting and execution during construction All other appurtenant items to complete the work The Work includes Installation of 660 LF of 15" PVC Sewer Pipe using Open Trench method, 135 LF of 10" PVC Sewer Pipe using Open Trench method, installation of a 9'x10' diversion box structure, 2 (two) 60" sewer manholes, abandoning sewer pipe and manholes, and all appurtenant items. Bids (on the Bid form and Bid Schedule form) must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidders Bid naming the District as Obligee. Bids must also be accompanied by a completed Information Required of Bidder and any other documents and information which may be required by the Instructions to Bidders to be submitted with the Bid.
