Scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation & Open Spaces Construction Division for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to: Perform electrical repairs currently encountered include but are not limited to the following: Wiring/Connection to all/various Building Services, All/various Electrical Panel Repairs and Replacement, Wiring/Connection to all/various Mechanical Equipment (irrigation, pools, heater systems, etc.) Wiring/Connection to all/various HVAC Equipment, Lighting Fixtures (sport fields/sport courts) and Lamps, Outside lighting and controls, Emergency Lighting System, Security and CCTV System, Wiring/Connection to all/various marina electrical pedestals systems, Low Voltage systems (Power monitoring, control Switchboards and Enclosures, LED lighting, distribution system consists of devices like panelboards, distribution boards, molded case circuit breakers, busways, Switches and disconnectors; Contactors and motor-starters, Control circuit devices, Transfer switching equipment, FPL coordination of services, etc. at Miami Dade County Park Facilities Central between North 12 Street and South 104 Street.
