On-Call Citywide Traffic Data Collection Services The City of Orange is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for on-call traffic data collection at various locations throughout the City for three (3) year, with an option to renew the agreement for two additional one (1) year extensions, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years. Contractor's proposal shall list all available related services with the corresponding fees schedules. The City neither warrants nor guarantees any minimum or maximum compensation to the Contractor under this RFP proposal agreement. Contractor shall be paid only for actualservices performed under the resulting agreement at the rates and charges identified in the Fee Proposal. The City plans to contract with multiple contractors in order to augment the City's own Traffic Division's capabilities and provide high quality data where needed. Doc Notes: Only the Request for Proposal document (RFP) received directly from the City will be considered official, as the City must track RFP holders in the event an addendum is issued. Any addendum issued will be provided to prospective consultants on the RFP Holders List. All proposers must acknowledge receipt of any addenda in the Cover Letter of their proposal. Hard copies are not available. Prospective consultants are advised to review all sections of the proposal carefully.
