Renovation of a mixed-use development in Troy, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,670-square-foot educational facility.
This section includes mechanical materials and installation methods common to mechanical piping systems, sheet metal systems and equipment. BP#5 Administration Building Renovation Each bid must be accompanied by: 1) A 5% bid bond or certified check; 2) A sworn and notarized criminal background affidavit; 3) A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and anymember of the BOE or the Superintendent of School District; and 4) A sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement. The BOE will not accept a bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
