Additional work includes installation of longitudinal and transverse mumble strips, updated signing, pavement markings, and paved pullouts. Morningstar Mine Road work includes full depth reclamation with surface-course aggregate placement and realignment of Kelso-Cima Road at the Cima Road/Morningstar Mine Road intersection.
