Renovation of an educational facility in Dighton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
K9 Center Roof, Fascia Replacements, Window and Door Trim Replacement and Vinyl Siding. Bristol County Agricultural High invites bids from qualified vendors for removal and disposal of existing K9Center Roof, Fascia, Window and Door Trim Removal and Replacement and Installation of New Vinyl Siding. Bids are subject to MGL c149 A-J and to prevailing wage rates as required by MGL c149 s26 to 27D. Removal: Complete removal of existing roofing materials, including shingles, underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and any damaged sheathing or substructures. Preparation: Nail down any loose nails in the roof sheathing. Prepare the roof surface to receive new roofing materials. Contingency cost per sqft for repairs Installation: Install new underlayment (synthetic underlayment) Install new ice and water shield (as per local code and manufacturer recommendations). Install new drip edge flashing. Install new flashing around chimneys, vents, and other roof penetrations. Replace any damaged sheathing or substructures. Install pipe boots and chimney boots. Vent roof according to 780 CMR Flat roof Clean and restore existing pvc membrane with flat roof coating (urethane-silicone, white) Siding Scope of Work: Removal: Complete removal of existing siding materials. Complete removal of window and door trim Preparation: Prepare the wall surface for new siding installation. This may include repairs to the wall sheathing, installation of house wrap, or other weatherproofing measures. Contingency cost per sqft for repairs Installation: Install new siding materials (vinyl cedar impressions, Color to match Dairy Barn gray). Install new trim and accessories. Ensure proper clearances between siding and other elements like roofing. Install new pvc trim around doors Siding to abutt to windows Final Touches: Caulking and sealing of all seams and edges. Clean up of the work area. Soffit and Gutter system Color: Elevate's (formerly Firestone) Charcoal Gray Remove existing gutters Install new fascia and Trim at rakes and gables (PVC assembly) Install new gutter system with splash blocks at downspouts (Match existing campus gutters)
