Clarification Deadline 8/4/2025 2:00 PM All questions regarding this bid specification prior to bid opening must be addressed to the purchasing department via online. The Trinity River Authority (AUTHORITY) is soliciting bids for its estimated annual supply of chemicals for use at the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS), 6500 Singleton Blvd., Dallas, TX. The quantities listed are estimates only and may be more or less depending on what is needed throughout the year. The AUTHORITY reserves the right to award the bid to separate suppliers for the different supply methods the best interest of the AUTHORITY. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER shall monitor on a biweekly basis for water testing and operation of chemical systems and submit a field report for each system informing AUTHORITY of issues with equipment and provide quote for replacement/repair of equipment. AUTHORITY shall issue a purchase order for each needed repair. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER shall verify chemicals will not react or cause adverse damage to AUTHORITY equipment due to compatibility with the chemicals already in the system and shall be responsible for any repairs caused by said incompatibility. The term of the bid will be for one year beginning on December 1, 2025 and ending on November 30, 2026. Yhere Will Be No Pre-bid Meeting for This Bid
