The "CPTC" Restroom Enhancements project will implement enhancement work per design standards that meet current accessibility requirements, adequate size of existing and proposed components, improvement for staff service operations, updated finishes, MEP components, and recomposition of all restroom entries with a new interior facade. The Phase 2 project consists of seven (7) restroom pairs, including TN6, TMS3, AN6, FMS3, IT1, and IT2. Contractor shall perform the work in accordance with the furnished specifications and instructions. Work areas will be within the AOA. Work schedule will typically be an 8-hour shift. Limits of each work phase shall be available 24/7. Contractor is responsible for maintaining labor relations in such manner that there is harmony among workers and shall comply with and enforce Project and Jobsite procedures, regulations, work rules and work hours.
