Submissions must be accompanied, in particular, by the following documents: a) tender guarantee according to the amount provided for in the article of the document entitled Regie; b) declaration of the tenderer duly completed and signed (certificate required by the regulation on contract management). 5. The City is in no way liable for the fact that any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Therefore, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders. 6. The City does not commit to withholding any of the bids received and does not incur any costs or obligations of any kind and assumes no liability to the bidder(s). 7. In order to promote transparency in the awarding of municipal contracts, this call for tenders is subject to the City's contract management by-law.
