Council Bluffs Community School District intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for construction of a STEM Innovation High School totaling approximately 60,000 square feet. The project is located on a site near 4201 Rivers Edge Parkway, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. Construction is expected to begin in spring of 2026 with substantial completion by the end of June 2027. The design architect is expected to be hired in September 2025 with a construction substantial completion date of June 30, 2027.
