The Scope of Work Shall Include the Installation of the Following Approximate Items of Work and Quantities of These Items: Phase 2: 4" Pe Pipe, 1,645 L.f.; 2" Pe Pipe, 16,895 L.f.; 1" Pe Pipe; 175 L.f.; 3/4" Pe Service Line, 1,170 L.f.; 1/2" Pe Service Line, 6,180 L.f.; 4" Pe Valves, 7 Each; 2" Pe Valves, 25 Each; 6" Steel to 4" Pe Hot-tap Connection; 1 Each; 6" Ci to 4" Pe Hot-tap Connection; 1 Each; 4" Pe to 4" Pe Connections, 1 Each; 2" Pe to 2" Pe Connections, 2 Each; 2" Pe to 1-1/4" Pe Connections, 3 Each; 2" Pe to 2-1/4" C.i. Connections, 1 Each; 2" Steel to 2" Pe Hot-tap Connection, 1 Each; 2" Pe to 2" C.i. Connection, 1 Each; 2" Pe to 2" Steel Connections, 2 Each; Service Reconnections, 10 Each; Service Replacements, 78 Each; and Other Miscellaneous Necessary Items. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor Bond, Each in the Amount of 100 Percent of the Contract. These Bonds Shall Be Executed by a Licensed Surety Company in the State in Which This Work is Being Performed Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Executed by a Surety Company, Licensed in the State the Work is to Be Performed, in the Amount of Five (5) Percent of the Total Bid. A Certified Check Payable to the Owner in the Amount of Five (5) Percent of the Total Bid is Also Acceptable. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any or All Informalities and Technicalities Therein.
