Town of Linden will be soliciting bids for Ground Storage Tank, located at Woods Fork Road,Linden, Tennessee. The Ground Storage Tank is a utility improvement project with several functions for the Linden, Tennessee community. The purpose of this project is to add a 100,000gallon drinking water ground storage tank adjacent to the existing 80,000 gallon tank with revised connections so that the two tanks operate as one. The project includes the tank, foundation, and associated piping and fencing. This project is being supported American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of Town of Linden. Bids must be submitted with envelope label (provided in the bid documents) affixed to the front of the envelope. Question Deadline 07/28/2025
