Site work for a mixed-use development in Boston Clg, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; golf course; and water / sewer project.
PW26-12 Brookline Golf Course - Phase Two Renovations. The work is to take place on the golf course. The base bid scope of work includes stump removal, erosion control and water diversion, dredging and expansion of existing waterways, removal of existing culverts and the conversion of piped drainage to an open waterway, drainage improvements and installation of new culverts at waterway crossings, cart path removal and restoration, restoration of existing golfturfareas with sod and seed, and other associated work. The work involved in Contract No. PW/26-12, Brookline Golf Course Phase Two Renovations, includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: o Installation of erosion controls and tree protection. o Clearing ofvegetation, stumps and turffrom work area. o Expansion and dredging of existing waterways. o Removal of existing large culvert and development ofnew waterways in place of culverts. o Addition of drainage improvements. o Removal and replacement ofgolf cart paths. o Installation of culverts at waterway crossings. o Replacement ofsoil, blending ofsoil with sand, soil preparation and sodding and seeding ofdisturbed areas.
