Renovation of a municipal facility in Longview, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a 7,411-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Bid Rejected The existing, 3,489 SF. building located at 800 Gilmer Road in Longview, Texas will be completely remodeled with an addition to the North and South side of the building, approximately 3,923SF. The project includes removing all interior walls, finishes etc. down to the original structure. The existing drive thru lanes, except the ones on the lower level will remain. The exterior facade will have new finishes including stone, brick and Nichiha. The main structural and electrical will remain. The building will house the Gregg County Tax Assessor Offices, Precinct 2 Commissioner, Constable and Justice of the Peace. Project will be completed during regular Business hours Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm CST) unless County approves another schedule. (Please note the County's Holiday scheduled located on the Gregg County website) General Contractor Services for Renovation at the Precinct 2 Justice Facility located at 800 Gilmer Road, Longview, Texas. Gregg County reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any RFP received and to waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of Gregg County QA date:- 08/15/2025 at 12pm
