Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Collins, Colorado. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 29, 2025, this project is in the design phase. Construction is expected in 2026. Widening and repaving approximately 1.2 miles of roadway (Highway 1 to CR 17). Improvements may include: 2-way center turn lane paved shoulders pavement reconstruction update existing culverts and irrigation ditch crossings PURPOSE This project is planned due to: deteriorating pavement conditions safety improvements capacity improvements This project is not related to the Thornton Pipeline project.
