BUCKS COUNTY FREE LIBRARY JANITORIAL SERVICES BCFL is currently seeking bids from qualified vendors for the janitorial services of seven locations. Services are to start September 1, 2025 and continue through August 31, 2028. BCFL reserves the right to extend this contract for an additional two years of service. Bids will be accepted for the aggregate cost for all seven locations, not per location. A security deposit (cash, certified check, cashier check or properly executed bid bond) for 5% is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract.
