This invitational Request For Proposal (RFP) seeks to ensure the services of a pre-qualified contractor to undertake this demolition project. The successful Proponent to this RFP will have the necessary project experience, leadership and team members and partnerships with qualified and experienced subcontractors to meet the full scope of the 18, 20, 22 Prince St Houses demolition project within the timelines required.
