This project involves removal and replacement of existing roofing systems, associated sheet metal flashing and trim work, and related demolition and restoration necessary to complete the reroofing of the air freight building, and is being delivered under a lump sum contract. The goal of this project is to replace aging roofing infrastructure, improve weather protection and building performance, and extend the service life of the facility.
