Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Grove City, Ohio. Design plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

As of February 11, 2026, per owner a design team has been selected. Assist the District with creating a comprehensive plan for facilities that addresses current and future needs. Currently the district is in need of design professional services for facilities in preparation for the construction of two new high school buildings intended to replace two existing high school buildings in the South-Western City Schools, as funded through the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission.
