The City of Meadow Lake has relocated its administration offices to a new building, and now seeks proposals from parties interested in taking ownership of the former City Hall building for use in a manner consistent with the goals of the community. The City is issuing this invitation for proposals (IFP) for a potential new use for the former City Hall located at 120 1st Street East in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. The Proposal shall include a scope of work describing modifications proposed to be carried out on the Building, including but not limited to: o Construction site safety plan, complying with Part 8 of the National Building Code of Canada; o Removal of materials, including plans for remediation and disposal of any hazardous materials encountered (e.g. asbestos, mould); o Floor plans drawn to scale, with room uses labelled; o Repair or replacement of building systems; o Repairs to building envelope; o Modifications to meet accessibility standards
