Renovation of a municipal facility in Schoharie, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of September 29 ,2025, no bids received, No definite date for the rebid.** The Base Bid of Contract No. 1 shall include all tools, labor, material, and equipment necessary to: Rehabilitate north wall of the existing CMU building including preparatory pressure washing and other surface preparation, repair of heavily deteriorated areas with repair mortar, repair of step-cracks, treatment of exposed steel, application of structural skin coat, and finish painting. Work also includes partial removal of existing chimney and re-capping. Additive Alternates will be received for work on the east and south walls of the building Please refer all questions to Michael D. Harrington, Principal Engineer, Lamont Engineers, P.C., (518) 234-4028 or MHarrfrintonlamontenqineers.corn. The Town Board of the Town of Schoharie reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids without explanation.
