The City of Drummondville does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received nor to incur any fees or obligations of any kind towards the bidder(s). The City also reserves the right to refuse any tender from a contractor or supplier who, during the last two years preceding the bid opening date, has been assessed by the municipal organization for unsatisfactory performance.
