The estimated time frame for this project to begin is lateAugust/September. The purposed project will consistof approximately 15 miles of township roadway. Roadsincludes are as follows: Scott, Swart, E. Swart , Dickson, Audobon Trail, Tanager Point, Heron Point,Walden Trail, Battrell, Coe, Canterbury Court, Evergreen Drive, Bailey, Parker, Connopher, Minearand Keck. The Lee Township Board of Trustee request that allroads be price quoted individually. Constriction Details: Asphalt Emulsions, Fog seal and Aggregate shall beplaced on the surface of the roadway with ComputerControlled application equipment on both the Distributor and the Chip Spreader. The material shallbe applied "Full Width" on the Driving Surface atthe widths specified up to 20'Wide. The road will beclosed to traffic during work hours but must allowaccess for emergency vehicles and local residents asneeded with the use of flaggers. All road surfaces shall be swept prior to the SingleChip Seal and again before application of the FogSeal. A minimum of two (2) pneumatic tired rollersshall be used for compaction.
