The City of Kitchener invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for condition inspection services for our extensive trunk sanitary sewer network. This multi-year program aims to inspect approximately ten (10) kilometres of sewers annually to assess the condition of the entire network. The project includes the development of a work plan to prioritize inspections, which may involve the use of advanced technologies and methods to address unique challenges within the system. Proposals must outline a clear methodology for prioritizing inspections and managing complexities including the provision of recommended remedial actions, cost estimates, and a robust quality control process, all in accordance with the specifications outlined in this RFP.
