Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Pennant, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
This Request for Quote (the 'RFQ') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Crystal Crescent Beach Parking Lot Upgrades to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation (clearing and grubbing), grading, construction of gravel parking areas and pedestrian trail, replacement of Park entrance signs and their respective concrete Sonotubes, and the installation of site furnishings such as rock bollards. All work is to be performed in accordance with the project drawings and specifications provided by Build Nova Scotia.
