Scope of Work: Broward County Highway Construction and Engineering Division is seeking up to two (2) qualified firms to provide professional engineering services under a continuing agreement for the planning, project development, design, and construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services, as necessary, for improvements to transportation facilities in Broward County, Florida.
