Site work and paving for a civil project in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work shall consist of 0.74 miles of 2" Cold Milling HMA Surface, 2" HMA paving of 5 lanes, adjusting drainage structures and pavement markings. (HMA, 5EML, High Stress: PG 64-28, AWI: 260) Also, the following areas are included in the project: -Eastbound right turn lane at M-46 and Center Road intersection. -Eastbound turn lane in front of Storage of America plaza No milling and HMA work will be done on Frost Drive on the north or south side of the intersection. At the east and west legs of M-46 and Center Road intersection, 12" Special Emphasis crosswalks will be placed. At the east and west legs of M-46 and Frost Road intersection, 12" Special Emphasis crosswalks will be placed. See attachment PAVE-945-E. Permanent pavement markings will be installed per section 811 of the 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction. Work may begin immediately after receiving approval from MDOT. Work to be completed between August 23, 2025, to September 15, 2025. No work will be done during the Labor Day holiday weekend August 30, 2025, through September 1, 2025. This work consists of adjusting drainage structures, including utility manhole covers, in accordance with section 403 of the Standard Specifications for Construction, as shown on the plans, as directed by the Engineer, and as stated herein. This work consists of furnishing, operating, maintaining, relocating, and the removal of Connected Arrow Board (CAB) at locations shown in the contract. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating with any work in adjacent work zone projects.
