Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. b. The Work, in general, under this Contract includes the purchase, installation, and construction of all structures, equipment, and materials, including appurtenances, as indicated on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows: (1) Blast and recoat hydropneumatics tanks at both water plants; (2) Blast, recoat, and reseal interior of ground storage tanks at both water plants; (3) Vapor blast exterior roof of ground storage tank at water plant no. 1; (4) Blast and recoat all tank piping at both water plants; (5) Blast are recoat generator at water plant no. 2; (6) Site Restoration to Equal or Better Conditions, Includes Turf Establishment and Clean Up.
