The City intends to hire a general contractor to perform the scope of work. The contractor is to perform interior and exterior renovaons of the facility as per the owner supplied construcon drawings and specificaons. Including, but not limited to, Interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical systems and building envelope improvements. The City of Montrose is requesting proposals through the Request for Proposal process to perform construction renovation services for a childcare facility located at 703 S. 9th St. Montrose CO 81401. Questions are to be submitted via email and are due by Friday August 8th, 2025 @ 5:00PM. All questions regarding this Request for Proposal shall be directed by email to Mark Armstrong marmstrong@cityofmontrose.org. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional proposals.
