2025 Local Street Improvements For the following: Asphalt Milling of South Brownson Ave from the Village Limits to Fenton St HMA Crushing and Shaping of Ash St from Pearl St to Whipple St . Any bidding addenda will be submitted to the locations noted above four or more days prior to the bid opening time. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check for any issued addenda prior to submitting the bid. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to Village of Kingsley as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. The Village of Kingsley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
