Renovation of an educational facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Montgomery Martin Contractors, awarded CM/GC for Mynders Hall Renovation Part B, is soliciting trade contractor pre-qualification submittals in preparation for bidding the project. For prequalification forms and information contact: Andrew Walkley phone 901.374.9400 or awalkley@montgomerymartin.com. All bidders, if not prequalified, must submit prequalification forms by July 31, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Licensing Requirements: Bidders shall be familiar with the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, as currently amended, codified in Tennessee Code Annotated Sections 62- 6-101, et seq. A contract will not be awarded that conflicts with state licensing laws. Bonding Requirements: Three year roof bond is required for all roofing systems and shall be in an amount to one hundred percent of the contract amount or as stated in the construction documents. The cost of furnishing such bonds shall be included in the bid amount. All contractors must be able to provide a payment and performance bond. Please provide as a separate, additional cost on your bid.
