Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dorval, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a road / highway.
Upgrades and improvements to the owner's parks and park facilities. The scope of work includes construction work for the implementation of green infrastructure to concretely reduce the impacts of targeted climate hazards, by prioritizing localized and structuring interventions. The work will done in the Ballantyne Park and neighboring area, Prince Philip and Montigny Streets, Courtland Park, Brookhaven Avenue, Oriole Park and Oriole Crescent. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in summer 2026. Timelines for a tender and construction are being finalized. Note. Project implementation may by phased.
