The project consists of two (2) distinct components: engineering support for asphalt removal, subgrade preparation, and repaving at the La Plata County Fairgrounds and two (2) other facilities; and, the creation of engineered phased construction plans and documents suitable to construct/reconstruct the parking lot areas in manageable phases per the vision of the recently completed and approved La Plata County Fairgrounds Master Plan (accepted by BOCC Feb. 25, 2025).
