The County desires to have a vendor supply Class 3 reinforced T & G concrete pipe upon demand. The County estimates we will purchase approximately the following g amounts of Class 3 reinforced T & G concrete pipe over the twelve-month contract period: 600 feet 12" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe 600 feet 15" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe 600 feet 18" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe 600 feet 24" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe 300 feet 30" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe 300 feet 36" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe 300 feet 42" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe 300 feet 48" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe 200 feet 54" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe 200 feet 60" Class 3 Reinforced T & G Concrete Pipe This contract shall commence on October 1, 2025, and terminate on September 30, 2026, unless extended. County reserves the right to accept or reject all Bids or any portion thereof The County reserves the right to evaluate all bids, waive any technicalities or informalities and to reject any and/or all bids and proposals, and further specifically reserves the right to make the award and/or awards in the best interest of the County. Bid date notes: All bidders must use our bid form and must show on face of envelope containing bid, the inquiry number and opening date. Failure to comply with this may result in your bid not being considered. Signature on bid must be in ink. Bids made out in pencil will NOT be accepted. Bid must be NOTARIZED.
