As well as Recover any refrigerant from old chillers, disconnect electrical and plumbing connections. Remove old chillers 1&2 from VA property and properly discard per EPA regulations. Install new chillers 1&2, reconnect all electrical and plumbing connections, ensure chillers are properly connected to our Building Automation System, perform proper start-up procedures and provide a minimum of a 1-year parts and labor warranty from date the equipment is properly running and released back to the DVAMC. All work to be completed during normal working hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays NAICS code - 238220 will be used.
