PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The repair and rehabilitation of the stage at Leif Erickson Park QUESTIONS: Please submit any questions regarding this project via e-mail to purchasing@duluthmn.gov. Responses will be issued as an addendum to this solicitation. The deadline to submit questions is July 31, 2025. ANTICIPATED START DATE: This Fall or next Spring If constructing before September, work will be to be done on Monday thorugh Thursday - the stage is used on Fridays through August 29th. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: June 30, 2026 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: June 30, 2026 Bid Surety: Bid bonds must be issued from a surety company listed on the Circular 570, which is accessible through the Bid Express solicitation. A signed and dated Power of Attorney support document must be attached to the bid bond. Bid surety in the amount of 5% of the total bid payable to the City of Duluth must be submitted with each bid. The City of Duluth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, split the award or waive informalities, irregularities or minor deviations from the specifications, if deemed to be in the best interests of the City.Price may not be the only consideration for bid award. Bids must be firm for a minimum of 60 days.
