IMPORTANT NOTICES Attention: The Corporation has revised its contractual documents in order to comply with the amendments made to the Regulation respecting certain supply contracts of public bodies, which came into force on March 20, 2025. We invite you to carefully read all the contractual documentation to take note of the changes made. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF QUEBEC This call for tenders contains requirements aimed at the economic development of Quebec. Please refer to the "Terms" section of this notice. Recommendation for electronic submission The Company has undertaken initiatives for its digital transformation and therefore strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through SEAO. Certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested to bidders to do as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contractual documents, their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec to ensure that this requirement is met before the deadline indicated in the Instructions to Bidders and/or in the Supplementary Instructions. The goods provided for in the contractual documents must be completely delivered and installed, if applicable, by no later than 13 October 2025. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender. When the tender is submitted in paper form, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, an irrevocable letter of guarantee, a certified cheque, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee" of the Instructions to Bidders. When the bid is submitted electronically, this bid guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond or irrevocable letter of guarantee and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Bid Guarantee" of the Instructions to Bidders. No other form of guarantee is accepted with this mode of transmission. The public opening of tenders will take place on the closing date and time indicated for the receipt of tenders. The only possibility for any person to attend this opening is to view it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions. No subsequent viewing, recording or broadcasting of the video recording of the opening is possible.
